Return Policy

 Sending items back with us is easy! Just remember, we do EXCHANGE ONLY NO RETURNS.

Each item can be exchanged one time within 15 days of purchase.

If you are returning an item, please send us a text (786)740-6893 with your order information, the item you would like to exchange and the reasons for the exchange. Costumer will receive instructions to pay a returning shipping fee $2.99 and a pre-paid shipping label. Please print it and send it through USPS office. 

To be eligible for an exchange , your item must be NEW! unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear) and in its original package. Any returned item not received in NEW CONDITION will be consider an UNACCEPTABLE ITEM, will NOT be exchanged and costumer must pay a reshipping fee to have the item sent back to them. Any UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS with no reshipping fee paid within 30 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued.

If you received a Defective item, please reported through text (786)740-6893 within 24 hours of package arrival, if is not reported within that time frame, it can be consider an UNACCEPTABLE ITEM and will not be exchange.  

Free in-store exchanges for online orders only. In-store purchase IS FINAL (NO EXCHANGE/NO RETURN)
